The LMI Process


Since the 1960s, Leadership Management International (LMI) has helped thousands of leaders and organizations worldwide make the changes required to be competitive in a challenging global economy.

We do NOT provide short, quick training programs because we don’t believe workshops, seminars, or compact training events produce measurable results or bring about changes in behavior or attitude. Instead, we coach and facilitate you and your people through a proven process of leadership development and personal growth that includes:

  • Immediate application of concepts in workplace to develop new behavior
  • Formal mentorship process to help facilitate change
  • Assessments for self-awareness
  • Multi-sensory spaced repetition to better retain knowledge and develop more positive attitude
  • Setting and achieving goals
